Sewing with jersey 1 - Introduction to the overlock machine
This workshop is part of a series of two practical workshops where you learn how to make comfortable clothing from stretchy jersey yourself.
This workshop gives you an introduction to the overlock machine.
Discover how to process stretchy fabrics neatly and professionally. You will learn to work with the overlock machine: the ultimate technique for sewing clothing such as t-shirts and sweaters.
What will you learn?
* Sewing and finishing seams in jersey
* Working with the overlock machine
* Making neck bindings and cuffs
For whom?
Ages 14 and up, for beginners and slightly advanced sewers.
Small groups, personal guidance, and a friendly atmosphere.
